Out staff aim to make learning fun, whilst fully supporting the emotional wellbeing of all of our children, developing secure, trusting relationships that are built on mutual respect for one another. We believe this helps the children to develop the confidence to explore their physical environment and become confident and competent learners.

Our staff hold various professional qualifications across Early Years and beyond and are fully supported to continue their professional development to provide the best teaching and learning experience for your child.  All the staff hold an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check and we follow the Government guidelines of Safer Recruitment in Education.

When joining our setting your child will be allocated a key person. This will be the person who works with you to make sure that the care and learning we provide is tailored to your child’s particular needs and interests. They are also a point of contact for parents and carers, allowing for information sharing and offering support and guidance where and when needed.
