Consumable Charge

Parents will receive email/telephone communication and will be invited to termly parent consultation meetings. Paper accident forms/medication forms and summative assessments 1 x per main term will be provided |
| Parent information events at key points in the academic year and academic journey | Not applicable to children not paying Consumable charge |
| Wet Wipes | Parents required to supply wet wipes at every session attended regardless of whether child is toilet trained |
| Washing of any bedding and handtowels | Any bedding used will need to be washed by parents and returned on a weekly basis |
| Trips out including enhanced ratios, travel snack on the go | Children to be dropped off and collected at destination and parents to supply own snack and lunch or option to be invoiced for costs of travel and expenses, payable before the trip. Children will only be able to attend the trip if held during their usual session unless an additional session fee is paid. |
| High-Visibility jackets | Supply own high visibility jackets for use outside of pre-school |
| Spare clothes provided if packed clothes are used up within the session | Enhanced requirement for providing changes of clothes to cover accidents and messy play |
| Provision of suncream throughout the day | Suncream to be applied before pre-school daily and supply own suncream for re-application |
| Enhanced learning opportunities within session inc use of additional materials and resources to enhance play inc playdoh station, real fruit and veg | |
